Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to work with other companies? - YES, you are an Independent Contractor. However, you will be required to sign an NDA/Non Compete - to Protect our Network.
What will you get paid? - When we assign you a session, you will get paid $95.00 per session. A typical session includes 1-3 Notary signatures. If additional Notary signatures are required, we will advise and your fee will be increased per signature or session.
Do we have to use a particular RON platform? You are able to use any RON platform of your choice. We have our own platform you can sign up with that offers competitive pricing. We have made an agreement with Pandadocs for Discount pricing for our Notary Network members. RON platform membership is at the Notaries expense as a cost of doing business.
Is E and O insurance mandatory? YES. A minimum of $50,000 is required to participate in the Notary Network.
Can I refer a Notary to the Network? - YES If you refer a Notary to the Network, you will be paid a referral fee. 10% of that Notaries business will be paid back to you through our affiliate program. * Affiliate program in the works.
If I want to be a Mobile Notary or Remote closer only, can I? YES - You can be a RON only or Mobile only Closer.
